Dance is one the oldest collective celebration activities on Earth. Practiced by several species besides 2 legged’s, dance seems to link us to the natural world and beyond. In TK theory, dance makes room for trauma integration, supports personal transformation, is a Spirit celebration, and an act of community solidarity.
