Temple Kenosis preists are called ‘Fools.’

To be a Fool is to be dedicated to the Temple Kenosis tradition and practices. Our Fools have completed Temple Kenosis seminary training, enjoy a rich relationship with our mushroom companions, both assist and facilitate journeys, and have dedicated themselves to embodying Temple values and lifestyle.

To ‘follow like a fool’ calls us to surrender to awe.
It asks us to acknowledge that we know of many things whilst reminding us to humbly and courageously listen as if a mystery lay before us.
Follow like a fool when listening, when tasting, when testing, when exploring, when thinking.
Lay yourself naked to discovery.

Caleb Olson

I was inspired to become a Priest within Temple Kenosis after meeting Geoff for the first time at a men’s circle event he hosted called Child, Man, Human. I had heard about the event from a fellow friend and men’s circle co-facilitator I had been collaborating with in Nashville, and we decided to carpool together. Upon completing the weekend—which included several meditation sessions both indoors and in nature, group discussions and prompts designed to cultivate deeper self-awareness through the Temple Kenosis method, and a couple of sweat lodge ceremonies—I was thoroughly impressed. Geoff’s ability to navigate deeply personal struggles and challenges that each participant uniquely faced, while offering guidance in a way that applied universally, was a rare talent I felt called to study and embody in service to my own yoga students.
